For intercepting a same target cooperatively for multi-aircrafts, a cooperative guidance law with time constraint and angular constraint is designed based on the combination of the optimal control and time adjusting. Firstly, at the initial moment (or the finish moment of the midcourse guidance), the intercepting angle is assigned to each aircraft in the group with the prescribed strategy according to the initial state of aircrafts and the terminal angular constraints. Then, the optimal guidance command with intercepting angular constraint is obtained by the linear optimal control method. Finally, on the basis of solving the time-to-go estimation for the aircrafts to the moving target, the guidance command of the time-adjusting section is derived due to the consensus approach. In the representative scenario, the designed guidance law can drive multi-aircrafts to intercept the same target cooperatively with specific formation geometry is shown by the simulation result, and the intercepting probability is enhanced effectively.
