The artificial feel system can realize the simulation of helicopter control characteristics, which can be used for the test and evaluation of helicopter control system, and can also be used for flight quality research. Domestic research on artificial feel system has been carried out on fixed-wing variable-stability aircraft, but the research on helicopter is less. In this paper, the artificial feel system is studied from the following aspects: Introduction, design of the artificial feel system, assessment of space for artificial feel system, flight test, summary. The research results show that the artificial feel system functions normally, and the starting force characteristics and stick force gradient characteristics are variable.
