Aiming at the problem of high-efficiency development of driving low-power motors in a wide speed range, this design takes the 96 V, 13 kW built-in permanent magnet synchronous motor for small-scale electric vehicles in the city as the research object. The drive motor controller of the motor is developed and designed by using the model-based design (MBD) method. The simulation results and experimental data show that the drive motor controller has good speed regulation performance, and the development method based on model design greatly simplifies the design process and improves the development efficiency.
