The performance degradation of lithium-ion battery systems has seriously affected the range of Electric vehicles, greatly hindering the further popularization of Electric vehicles. Therefore, accurate lithium-ion battery of State of Health (SOH) and Remaining Useful Life (RUL) are critical to the reliability of electric vehicles. Specifically, while RUL can be considered as the length from the current time to the End of life (EOL). Because of achieving accurate SOH estimates and RUL predictions.
