Lightweight design is one of the trends of mechanical product design. In this paper, a riveting machine frame was analyzed and redesigned based on static analysis and topologic optimization using ANSYS Workbench software, under this premise, different structures transformed from the meta topologic model was compared with mass and stiffness, finally the frame with best properties was obtained, which laid a foundation for further parametric optimization.
