An original adaptive predictive algorithm for routing information flows in a data transmission network with mobile structural elements is proposed, taking into account the frequencies of their occurrence in the radio visibility zone of each other when analyzing the connectivity of a network operating in a resource-limited (energy, connected) spatially distributed infocommunication monitoring system.
