With the continuous development of urban rail transit, rail transit has become the main means of travel for the public within the city. The quality of interchange station operations is poor as a result of numerous issues with current planning and operation. Therefore, it is necessary to investigate and evaluate the operational quality of interchange stations. In this paper, I analyze four aspects: safety, convenience, efficiency and comfort. Then secondary evaluation indicators are initially selected to establish a quality evaluation index system. In addition, I use the grey multi-level comprehensive evaluation method based on hierarchical analysis and entropy value method to evaluate the quality of rail transit interchange station operation system. The evaluation index system is applied to Shijiazhuang Xinbai Plaza Station. The evaluation results of the overall and primary indicators are all good and conclusions are drawn with suggestions for improvement.
