The work is devoted to the computational and experimental study of the thermal mode of the onboard computer module designed for orbital computational experiment on board a nanosatellite of CubeSat form-factor. Three experiments were performed on the vacuum bench—without computational load, with computational load, and with cyclic load of the onboard computer module operation. Graphs of processor and heat accumulator temperature versus time are plotted. The results of numerical modeling and vacuum tests are compared. A conclusion was made about the operability of the onboard computer module under high vacuum conditions.
