Unmanned driving technology is an important development direction of the future automobile industry. It has received attention and attention from enterprises and has become a current research hotspot. Path planning plays an important role in the system of unmanned vehicle driving technology, and its performance will directly determine the success of unmanned vehicle technology. Therefore, this paper conducts in-depth research on path planning, conducts a simulation experiment of unmanned vehicles based on model prediction algorithm, and analyzes the success rate of path planning for three roads: straight road, intersection and U-shaped road when there are barrier-free vehicles, to examine the effect of model prediction algorithms in path planning.
