The technology of vacuum molding of polymer composite materials using semipregs is considered. As a result of the analysis of the features of this technology, the stage of vacuumization of the dry stack of semipregs and impregnation were identified as the main ones. In relation to the vacuum stage, mathematical models have been developed for the filtration of a vapor-air mixture in a flat round stack when removing the mixture through a central “drainage” well or its side surface. Relationships were obtained for calculating the dynamics of reduction in the mass of the vapor-air mixture over the evacuation time, depending on the design and technological parameters, such as overall dimensions, porosity of the stack material, vacuum pressure, rate of extraction of the vapor-air medium, and others.
