SARS-CoV-2 is the name of the virus that causes the COVID-19 disease. Firstly identified in Wuhan, China back in December 2019, SARS-CoV-2 can be transmitted through the air and direct and indirect contact. The SARS-CoV-2 virus is well known to be able to transmit between hosts rapidly with symptoms ranging from severe fever, cough, shortness of breath, loss of taste or smell, etc. to having no symptoms at all. Due to how rapidly the virus spreads and how unprepared the world in handling a new strain variant of highly infectious disease, the virus caused a worldwide pandemicPandemics at the beginning of 2020. COVID-19 has affected all aspects of life, including one of the most important aspects, working life. For almost all of 2020, the world was under lockdown and quarantine. Putting a pause on the workplaceWorkplaces environment. Now the world, especially workplacesWorkplaces, is ready to come back to being as normal as possible while still being cautious with COVID-19 disease. This paper demonstrates a systematicSystematic literature review of scientific papers on COVID-19 and workplaceWorkplaces environment guidelines. Keywords used to help analyze the relationship between articles such as “COVID-19”, “workplaceWorkplaces”, and “guidelines.” The analyses were conducted using VOSViewer, MAXQDAMaxqda, Harzing’sHarzing Publish or Perish, BibExcelBibexcel, CiteSpaceCitespace, VicinitasVicinitas, and MendeleyMendeley. The articles themselves were collected from multiple databases such as Web of Science, PubMed, ScopusScopus, and GoogleGoogle Scholar. A key finding from this paper is that to be able to ensure a safe workplaceWorkplaces environment, a large effort to maintain and follow a strict safety guideline is needed. Otherwise, it will be hard to reachReach a somehow normal workplaceWorkplaces environment post-pandemicPandemics.
