The intelligentization of warfare has increasingly high requirements for the human-machine efficiency of the naval command and control system, and the scientific and rational allocation of human-machine functions is the prerequisite and foundation for realizing human-machine integration. This article determines the principles and basic process of human-machine function allocation for the naval command and control system based on the comparison of human-machine characteristics. Based on the analysis of the operational command task scenario, the commander’s information processing model, and the system automation level evaluation, a multi-attribute fuzzy decision-making method for human-machine function allocation of the naval command and control system based on multiple attributes is proposed. The decision-making generation process in the air defense and anti-missile task is used for verification, providing a new reference for solving the human-machine interaction design of naval command and control systems.
