With advantages such as high precision, substantial autonomy, and multi-environment applicability, UAV technology has become a vital tool in military, logistics, agriculture, intelligent surveillance, and disaster relief. As UAV technology rapidly develops, the demand for precise control and interaction in complex environments has increased, making path planning and infrared imaging technology a focus of research. To address this, the thesis first systematically surveys and analyzes the development status of infrared imaging technology and path planning algorithms for UAVs both domestically and internationally, with a focus on the applicability and limitations of traditional path planning algorithms, intelligent bionic algorithms, and the application of UAVs in various scenarios using infrared sensor fusion technology. Additionally, the thesis explores the optimization directions for future infrared imaging technology and path planning, considering the technical requirements and challenges in complex environments. Finally, the thesis reviews the development prospects of UAV technology in terms of intelligence, real-time capabilities, and multi-sensor fusion, discussing its potential applications in various fields.
