Given the challenges of traditional truck passage and the load capacity limitations of drones in emergency rescue scenarios, a truck and drone collaborative delivery route optimization problem based on demand splitting is proposed. Considering the weak economic nature of emergency rescue, minimizing delivery time is used as the objective function for route optimization. The problem is solved by a two-stage algorithm. Finally, the feasibility of the model and the effectiveness of the algorithm are verified through case study experiments. This may make a contribution to providing a reference and basis for material distribution issues in case of road disruption.
