The rapid advancement of autonomous driving technology has necessitated the examination of its resilience in the face of disruptions. This paper explores the resilience of autonomous driving dedicated lanes (AVDLs) under various disruptions using VISSIM simulation. The study focuses on the Jingxiong Expressway, employing the Wiedemann99 car-following and lane-changing models to simulate traffic behavior. The resilience is evaluated through the average traffic delay, considering both the presence and absence of AVDLs and disruptions at different locations, including entrance and exit ramps, and the basic road section. Key findings reveal that the establishment of AVDLs significantly reduces traffic delays and enhances traffic flow efficiency in mixed traffic scenarios. Furthermore, the resilience of the system is notably weaker when disruptions occur in the basic road sections, regardless of AVDL presence. Conversely, the system exhibits the strongest resilience when disruptions affect the exit ramps. The research underscores that AVDLs improve the system's resilience to disruptions by minimizing interference between autonomous and conventional vehicles, thus promoting a more stable traffic flow.
