With the development of information technology, smart ships have become a major breakthrough for the shipbuilding industry to seize innovation advantages. Based on the needs of intelligent ship development in our country, the concept of intelligent design and operation and maintenance is proposed, the corresponding design ideas and functional framework are analyzed, and the key technologies that need to be broken through in the future are discussed.
