The basic structure of the CX pantograph and lifting and lowering pantograph function is introduced. It analyzes two typical faults, such as abnormal deviation and poor receiving flow, which are found in the daily operation and maintenance of CX pantograph, to clarify the deep-level causes of pantograph faults, and explore the influence of geometric and mechanical characteristics of pantograph on the relationship between pantograph and network. Then, relevant suggestions on daily operation maintenance and technical transformation of CX pantograph are put forward to provide technical support for improving the operation safety of EMU pantograph and improving the relationship between pantograph and network.
