The optimization of train running timetable and the optimization of operation scheduling are important components in the transportation organization of high-speed railway, and the train running timetable and diagram layout and route plan preparation affect each other. In order to improve the efficiency of high-speed railway transportation organization, the optimization study of train operating diagram and traffic schedule are carried out in collaboration. By dividing the running path of EMU into nodes and arcs in the network, a spatio-temporal succession network is constructed, and the problem of comprehensive programming optimization is converted into the problem of seeking the shortest path of EMU. On this basis, a 0-1 integer planning model is established with the minimum sum of total train stop time, total EMU succession time and total empty train travel time as the optimization objective, considering various constraints of time and space. Finally, a small-scale example is designed and solved by CPLEX to verify the validity of the model.
