Screw ship unloaders are commonly used in wharves around the world for their advantages in efficiency compared with other unloaders. However, the unattended screw ship unloader system is under an approximate blank state at home and abroad. This article claims an unattended scheme for screw continuous ship unloaders to improve the core competitiveness of coal-fired power plants. This article includes the unattended operation process of ship unloading and discusses key technologies used to solve technical problems. In a nutshell, the unattended scheme of screw continuous ship unloader reduces the training cost for screw ship unloader drivers and provides a solution in unattended ship unloading with higher safety levels and efficiency.
