This paper deals with the Functions Simulation Model (FSM) of the Manned Space Orbital Station Integrated Life Support System (IRLSS) intended to research its functions temporary responses by the design and complex tests. The FSM in use repeats the Manned Space Orbital Station Ecologica-Technical System (ETS) structure and includes the formalistic functional description of the IRLSS subsystem and the environment links: the Manned Space Orbital Station design, the Spaceship Crew (CREW), the Space Cabin Atmosphere (SCA) the Thermal Control System (TCS), the Energy-Support System (ESS) and the auxiliary systems. The formalistic functional descriptions of the IRLSS subsystems are based on its presentation in the form terminal automata with the functional target of the internal states space. The given simulation model is correlated to data from the IRLSS ground complex tests of the orbital space station “Mir” habitable module. The habitable module IRLSS has included the Atmospheric Supply Control System (ASS), the Water Supply System (WSS), the Sanitation and Hygiene System (SHS) and the Food Supply System FSS). The functions analysis results of the habitable module IRLSS, as well as the application of given model from the solution of design different problems, are discussed.
