According to the 2007 Honda China Econopower Competition regulation, the effects of driving style on the econopower performance of econopower vehicle were studied, relevant model vehicles were designed and made. The road tests of effects of different driving styles on the econopower vehicle performance were performed in certain established field. Based on relevant experimental analysis, the curves of econopower performance along with driving styles were made for given working condition. Econopower driving styles were established. The test results show that for the same working conditions, the travel mileage for econopower driving styles increases by 110% compared with that of the economical speed.
