The proposed concept is a redesign of the Tension Adjustable Network for Deploying Entry Membrane (TANDEM) tensegrity rover1 for a low-cost mission to Mars. Focus is on the entry, descent, and landing (EDL) architecture, mobility across Martian terrains, and prototype development.
