The report analyzes five qualitative and six quantitative input variables to determine their effect on SAC B-52 combat crew output as measured by simulated wartime exercise bombing accuracy. The report discusses possible changes to personnel policies as a result of the findings and recommends studies of crew output in fighter and transport aircraft units. (Author)
