A flight simulator is developed for the Airborne Remotely Operated Device used by the United States Marine Corps. Real time interactive simulation is performed on a high speed graphics workstation. Accurately modeled dynamics are incorporated to reflect actual vehicle flight. The resulting system gives an operator the on board impression of flying through three dimensional terrain. This will provide realistic flight training at a fraction of the cost of a commercial simulator. Thesis. (SDW)
