Goodrich H78x15(2-ply sidewall, 4-ply tread), 6.50x13(2 ply), 7.00x13(4 ply), 8.25x15(2 ply), 8.55x15(4 ply), 8.25x15(4 ply), 7.75x15(2 ply), F78x15(2-ply sidewall, 4-ply tread), G78x14(2-ply sidewall, 4-ply tread), and 7.00x13(2 ply) tires by an independent contractor as part of the National Highway Safety Bureau compliance testing program to determine whether or not motor vehicles and items of motor vehicle equipment comply with applicable Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards.
