The report documents a plan to provide advanced traveler information during a six-year period of major construction in downtown Houston. A literature review of Advance Traveler Information Systems (ATIS) with particular emphasis on construction projects is provided. Also documented in the report is the process used to develop the downtown plan through the oversight of an interagency committee.
