The report was prepared as part of a research program. The project was initiated in order to find a fast economical method of analyzing the airport component of highway travel as it relates to access to the airport. The report presents a methodology and tests it on data from four urban area transportation studies. It was determined from this that much useful transportation planning information could be obtained from traditional urban transportation study data sets. (Author)
