The Northeast Ohio Areawide Coordinating Agency (NOACA) transportation improvement plan (TIP) is a document prepared in cooperation with municipal, county, state, public transit agencies and other transportation system operators. The TIP lists highway, bikeway and transit projects to be implemented in Cuyahqja, Geauga, Lake, Lorain and Medina Counties, within a specific time period. This listing also contains cost estimates, sources of financial support, air quality impacts and other planning considerations for each project.
