The record contains a series of papers dealing with uncertainty related to the engineering decision, the use of fuzzy relations to manage uncertainty in civil infrastructure preservation, and rehabilitation of deteriorated pavement sections. Also, a series of papers focuses on use of neural networks for real-time arterial street incident detection, waterway lock service times, automatic bus vehicle location, traffic signal control, and pavement maintenance strategy.
