Hardware design, fabrication and hot-firing test results for toroidal thrust chamber segments are discussed. Solid-wall segment testing has been conducted to evaluate injector and thrust chamber contour designs with respect to performance and heat transfer. Fabrication status of tube-wall throat inserts, tube wall segments, and structural test segments are presented. Hot firing test results for a tube wall throat insert are discussed. (Author)
