This Interface Specification (IFS) defines the structural, mechanical, electrical, and test capabilities and constraints which shall exist between the Titan III Standard Space Launch Vehicle (SSLV) and the Payload. This specification covers those areas of interface peculiar to the MOL-EFT Program at Titan III Station 77.0. This IFS shall be effective for the Standard Space Launch System (SSLS) utilizing the Integrate Transfer Launch (ITL) concept at ETR for SSLV No. 9 (Configuration C) and its Payload in their use on the MOL-EFT (HSQ Flight) Program.
