In the NAVEX experiment performed during the spacelab mission D1 time signals were transmitted from on-board the Spacelab to three ground stations. These stations were equipped with a cesium time standard each. Some aims of the NAVEX experiment required the ground station clocks to be synchronized. Two two-way clock transportations enabled this synchronization. On these clock travels three weighted transportable cesium clocks were employed. Using the UTC(PTB) as a reference time scale, the method of deriving the weighting factors from the clock rates at rest, as well as from the clock rates on the voyage, is shown.
