The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) International Business Plan for FY 2006 represents the collaborative efforts of the management and staff of FAA line and international organizations in support of the agency's FY 2006 Flight Plan International Leadership Goal. The FY 2006 Business Plan embraces four Flight Plan Performance Targets and 15 Strategic Initiatives as well as eight Core Business Measures in support of two key Flight Plan international objectives: improving safety and system capacity. Based on our FY 2005 Business Plan experience and results, the four Flight Plan Performance Targets and associated Strategic Initiatives for FY 2006 represent clearly defined agency activities to support the International Leadership Goal.
