The objective of this study is to design, fabricate, test, qualify and deliver to the AFML/MBE, the flight qualified D024 experimental flight and backup hardware required fo launch and recover two duplicate sets of thermal control coatings sample trays in vacuum sealed containers. Each tray was to contain 36 individually coated sample buttons. Mounting plates for these trays to be attached to the Skylab interface were also provided. (P.S.-PL)
