Project ALARR (Air-Launched Air-Recoverable Rocket) is a program to develop a system for launching payloads of about 200 pounds to apogees from 900,000 to 360,000 feet. It uses an F-4 launch aircraft and a JC-130 recovery aircraft to obtain a global capability without extensive ground launch facilities or special equipment. This report describes the launch procedures, nominal trajectories, and three-sigma dispersion. (Author)
