Discussed is the technology of active flutter suppression research by the use of the wind-tunnel model of a delta wing with low aspect ratio. The research includes the establishment of a mathematical model for the servo-aeroelastic system, and the synthesis and analysis of sub-optimal output feedback control laws for active flutter suppression.
