The Propulsion Meeting is sponsored by the Joint Army-Navy-NASA-Air Force (JANNAF) Inter-agency Propulsion Committee on an annual basis. The objective of the meeting is to promote the exchange of technical information among the organizations active in the fields of missile, space and gun propulsion technology. This is the first volume of a five-volume proceedings and contains the unclassified, public release papers presented at the 1984 JANNAF Propulsion Meeting, which was held at the Marriott Hotel in New Orleans, Louisiana, over 7-9 February 1984. Topics covered include Space Shuttle propulsion, liquid propellant booster engines, satellite and space station attitude control systems, liquid oxidizer compatibility, and electric propulsion. Author and source indexes to this volume are included. (Author)
