The project proposes construction of a six twelve-foot travel lane facility with a twenty foot raised median and contstruction of a diamond type interchange between Spur 232 and U.S. Highway 82, with U.S. Highway 82 underpassing Spur 232. The only environmental impact of any significance is the commitment of 11 1/2 acres of land to highway usage. A comprehensive study of all factors involved in the selection of the route and design of this facility indicates that the quality of transportation will be improved to a degree more than compatible with the economic and environmental levy required.
