The report presents an impact analysis of the proposed construction of the Boulevard Bridge over the Penn Central Railroad in the Town of New Haven, Connecticut. This joint Federal-State proposal will provide continuity of the Boulevard which is now interrupted by the lack of a bridge over the Penn Central Railroad. It will also help to relieve the current congestion created by traffic destined for the Yale Bowl from I-95 to attend athletic or other events. The highway will be a 48-foot roadway with two lanes of traffic in each direction and with sidewalks on each side. The proposed project, if implemented, will not have any adverse effects on man's environment.
