This study was funded by the U.S. Trade and Development Agency on behalf the Russian Ministry of Transport. The report presents the results of a feasibility study that was conducted to make recommendations to the Ministry on consolidation and improvement of Moscow's air transportation system. The purpose of these improvements would be to increase competitiveness and eliminate services already provided at other facilities in Moscow.
