The work plan is oriented towards the establishment of a digital computer controlled traffic signal system in downtown Dayton, Ohio. A discussion on administrative arrangements and equipment availability and needs is presented. Research is directed towards development of surveillance requirements and software for currently known control logic as well as some advanced concepts. (BPR abstract)
