A meeting of youth and student teams coming from many different countries around the planet Earth to launch experiments and rocket vehicles of their own design and construction is described. Safety was a major consideration during the campaign, and a request was made for the propulsive units to be produced from a professional environment. Organization is another major topic of the campaign and the students have a great opportunity to share mutual experience.
