The seven papers in this report deal with the following areas: effectiveness of written tests of drivers' knowledge of rules of the road; causes of variation in automobile speed along a parkway; mandatory safety-belt law: the Saskatchewan experience; evaluation of signs for hazardous rural intersections; improving the accuracy of information on direction signs; experimental evaluation of delineation treatments for special-use lanes; and study of width and density of delineation design elements for special-use lanes.
