Airworthiness Directives (ADs) order the correction of unsafe conditions determined by FAA to exist in an aircraft, aircraft engine, propeller or other equipment affecting flight safety. The US Department of Transportation, Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) issues Airworthiness Directives to owners and operators of aircraft built or operated in the United States. All certified aircraft inspection and repair stations are required by federal regulation to maintain subscriptions to ADs. Semi-annual index is included. This diskette product contains the ADs for large aircraft.
