The proposal consists of the relocation of SH 20 from its junction with US Highway 69 in Pryor Creek, easterly 9.7 miles to its junction with SH 82 in Salina. Adverse effects include the reduction of 250 acres of native grasslands and the displacement of eight families and three businesses. Positive effects are increased road user safety, convenience and savings, enhanced area economy and reduced congestion and noise pollution.
