Site Investigation (SI) was conducted at the Aircraft Parking Apron Area, Installation Restoration Program (IRP) Site No. 12 (also referred to as the Site), located at the 152nd Reconnaissance Group (RG), Nevada Air National Guard (NV ANG), Reno-Cannon International Airport, Reno, Nevada. The Site was not identified in the IRP Preliminary Assessment (PA) for the Base, but has been investigated as a result of fuel odors detected during the routine replacement of one of the concrete slabs at the aircraft parking apron at the Site. The field investigation conducted by Operational Technologies Corporation (OpTech) at the 152nd RG commenced on 25 October 1993 and was completed 6 January 1994.
