There is an increasing interest to develop an unmanned plane. It is possible to consider innovator concepts of unmanned combat planes, which is a technically possible solution. Since 1989, at the end of the cold war there is an operational plan characterized by: peace operations maintenance; theater diversities; multiple periods of deployment; joint deployment operations trying to secure peace; the on the level of losses/effects on the civil populations; and minimization of prisoners.
