The project is concerned with reconstruction of US 20 highway in Linn County, Oregon for the purpose of conversion of two lane to a four lane highway. Relocation would be required for 20 homes, 5 mobile homes, and 5 businesses. Unavoidable permanent adverse effects would be Right of way acquisition, relocation, land use, and traffic noise.
