This paper introduces the design scheme of vehicle anti-collision warning system. This project plans to use millimeter wave radar sensor, single chip microcomputer, anti-false stack filter, LED and other devices, through analog and digital sampling, fast Fourier transform, constant false alarm operation and frequency domain matching and other methods to obtain the relative distance and speed between the vehicle and the vehicle. Through the establishment of the traffic spacing - safety model, the real-time early warning of traffic is realized to prevent the occurrence of traffic accidents. This project will use digital FIR digital filtering, FFT transformation, constant false alarm detection and other methods to detect the distance, speed and other information of the target. A multilevel forward collision avoidance prediction method for vehicle forward impact on structural road surface is established. A multi-level forward collision avoidance prediction method based on millimeter-wave radar detection mechanism and driving safety distance is established. The test results show that the measuring accuracy of the stationary object is 4.5%. It is feasible to use 77GHz millimeter wave radar as vehicle collision warning device.
