With the continuous increase in the number of urban ET(ET), their charging demand is increasing. Due to the lack of reasonable guidance, the distribution of charging demand at various fast charging stations is extremely uneven, which not only leads to low charging efficiency, but also leads to low efficiency in the use of charging equipment. Based on this background, this article first reveals the influencing factors and their components of electric taxi charging selection, and constructs a probability model for the selection of electric taxi fast charging stations. Secondly, the composition of the charging travel time of ET was analyzed, and a solution method for each part of the time was proposed. Based on the analysis of the charging guidance effect of service fees again, a charging service fee optimization model was constructed with the goal of balancing facility utilization and the constraint of taxi charging travel time. A solution method based on the Imperial Competition Algorithm was proposed to achieve reasonable guidance for electric taxi charging. Finally, the effectiveness of the optimization method for charging service fees of fast charging stations that takes into account multi vehicle navigation proposed in this article was verified through actual strength.
